By December 30, 2019, all mailboxes must be in compliance with the community standard mailbox: 6’ post with pineapple finial, decorative ivy bracket, brass-numbered address plaque. You may replace parts of the original box if your box is not in a state of disrepair. Neighbors have asked…what is disrepair? Disrepair is if your box is leaning, damaged, dinged, has a broken bracket/finial, bent post, or painted-over peeling, numbered stickers. Some neighbors’ brackets, finials and posts are in good shape, and they only have to replace the mailbox and add the brass-numbered plaque.

The Oak Mailbox and Post System is a traditional design which will grace your home for many years to come. The Oak is made from rust-free aluminum and it is powder coated in a rich black finish. The unique decorative mailbox bracket sets the Oak apart from other mailboxes with posts. The system is shown with a standard size mailbox and our Style 1 address number plate. *Please note the mailbox comes with our 2ʺ Williamsburg brass numbers. Select the brass numbers.
